Job Responsibilities-
Receiving inbound customer calls
Scheduling Service appointments
Answers incoming customer calls and greets customers warmly and assists with any customer issues or questions.
Takes payment information and other required information such as addresses and phone numbers for customer checkout.
Providing assistance with existing Service orders
Maintains accurate customer records
Provides highest level of customer service
Weekly/monthly reporting
Cultivating vendor relationships
Other duties as assigned
Must be familiar with manufacturer and extended warranty programs
Must have strong communication and organizational skills
Computer, data entry and clerical experience is preferred
Must have good organizational skills
Requirements-
