Ø Catering to the Inbound/Outbound/Renewal for client
Ø Solving the queries of clients who reaches out on the Toll-Free Number
Ø Assisting on Quotes, Inspections and arranging for payment links and sharing issued policies
Ø Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
Ø Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
Ø Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Ø Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Ø Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Ø Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Ø Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and servicesDesired Candidate

Ø Handling administrative duties for the company and its executives and management teams.

EDUCATION
· Any Graduate or Undergraduate
· Fresher (Good Communication Skills)
Professional Experience:
· Minimum 1-2 year working experience in the leading the insurance company’s tele calling and Backend support.
Technical expertise need
· Multiple language speaking people can add-value to create back-up system.
· Strong competency in management
· Good knowledge of Products
· Solid knowledge and strong competency of General Insurance.
Soft skill expertise need
· Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
