📌 Key Responsibilities:

🛍️ Order Management

• Monitor, process, and fulfill orders from platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Shopify.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely dispatch.

• Track shipments and handle return/refund processes.

📦 Inventory & Listing Management

• Manage stock levels across channels to avoid overselling/out-of-stock issues.

• Update product listings (titles, images, pricing, descriptions).

• Coordinate new product uploads with marketing/design teams.

📈 Platform Operations

• Handle day-to-day tasks like catalog uploads, price revisions, promotions, and campaigns.

• Work with account managers on marketplaces to increase visibility and rankings.

• Monitor competitor listings and pricing strategies.

💬 Customer Service

• Respond to customer queries, messages, and reviews on various platforms.

• Resolve complaints regarding order delays, product issues, or returns.

📊 Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheet trackers for sales, returns, inventory, etc.

• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Provide insights to improve product performance and reduce returns.

• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
