Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to clients within their assigned geographic area. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be required to build strong relationships with new and existing clients, generate leads, close sales, and meet set targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers within the assigned region.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to promote products/services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and meetings.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales progress and market conditions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
