We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Field Supervisor – Pre-Sales to manage our on-site real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, supporting sales efforts, overseeing the site environment, and ensuring the effective execution of on-ground marketing activities. This role bridges customer engagement, marketing execution, and pre-sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with walk-in clients at the site; provide property tours and answer inquiries.
Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring brand visibility and engagement strategies are executed effectively.
Maintain a strong presence on-site, ensuring team members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
–3 years of experience in real estate, client servicing, or pre-sales roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable engaging with clients and presenting property details.
A basic understanding of real estate sales processes.
