Franchise Development: Identify, engage, and onboard potential franchise partners in various cities.
Sales & Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to attract franchise investors through marketing campaigns, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Market Research: Analyze potential markets, competitors, and location viability for franchise expansion.
Franchise Pitching: Present the BikeFixUp franchise model, investment details, and business potential to interested candidates.
Negotiation & Closing: Finalize franchise agreements, ensuring terms align with company objectives.
Relationship Management: Support franchisees in their onboarding process, ensuring smooth business setup and initial operations.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all legal and financial requirements are met for each franchise deal.
Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular updates to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and growth opportunities.
Key Requirement
Experience: 3+ years in franchise sales, business development, or a similar role.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the automobile, bike servicing, or franchise industry is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Proven ability to close high-value deals.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel to different cities as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
