Achieve Life and Health Insurance sales targets through effective management
Recruit, train, and develop insurance agents on a commission basis
Monitor agents activity plans and ensure goal fulfillment
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and update the Sales Management System
Motivate and guide agents through career progression programs
Promote the use of Agent Portal & CRM for customer management and cross-selling
Experience: Minimum 1-5 Years
Education: Graduate (any stream)
