Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience: 4+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles.
Skills: Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
Professional certifications such as Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or Certified Recruitment Specialist
(CRS) are a plus.
