As an experienced US IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing top IT talent

for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the information technology industry, excellent

communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates. You will

collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR teams to fulfill staffing needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient

recruitment process.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

 Experience: 4+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter with a focus on technical roles.

 Skills: Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminology.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

 Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.

 Professional certifications such as Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) or Certified Recruitment Specialist

(CRS) are a plus.

 Timing: 6:30pm-3:30am [Night Shift]

 Completely Work from Office.
