The Inside Sales Executive will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales efforts. Responsibilities include making calls, qualifying leads, working with channel partners, and closing sales.
Generate new sales opportunities via cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and route qualified leads to the sales team.
Close sales and meet quarterly quotas.
Research accounts and identify key decision-makers.
Expand and manage a prospect database.
Collaborate with channel partners to close deals.
Conduct online demos for potential clients.
Proven inside sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.
Strong phone presence with experience in high-volume calling.
Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Minimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate).
