Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals over the phone, email, and virtual meetings. You’ll be the first point of contact for our potential customers and responsible for building strong client relationships
· Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospective clients to generate leads and qualify opportunities.
· Understand customer needs and requirements and present relevant software solutions.
· Follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales-qualified leads.
· Maintain and update CRM with accurate customer and pipeline information.
· Schedule and conduct product demos in collaboration with the pre-sales team.
· Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts.
· Provide feedback from customers to the product and marketing teams.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer-facing roles (preferably in the software/IT industry).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences.
· Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
