Job Overview:
The Executive - Tele Sales is responsible for driving sales growth through proactive lead conversion, cold calling, and
customer engagement. This role involves identifying potential customers, promoting the company’s wire mesh
products, and handling customer inquiries. The Executive will provide all necessary details to Sales Co-Ordinator to
help them create quotes/sale orders, on board new customers in the ERP system, and provide ongoing customer
support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as the role requires efficient handling of multiple leads and coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion:
Potential leads identified and provided by the Business Intelligence team shall be contacted regularly to convert them in to customers.
Build and maintain a database of prospective orders from leads/customers to drive sales opportunities.
Execute the sales strategies created by the management to cater to different segments to
maximize market penetration.
2. Product Marketing:
Present and promote the company’s products to prospective customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages for any repeat orders.
Stay updated on product specifications and industry trends to effectively communicate with
customers.
3. Enquiry Handling:
Handle customer enquiries efficiently, providing detailed information about products, pricing, and availability. Work closely with the Sales Co-Ordinator/Branch Manager to get the revised prices on products as per current market prices.
Record and track customer inquiries and ensure they are followed up in a timely manner.
