We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Institutional Sales Manager (ISM) for Birla Paints Division – Grasim (Aditya Birla Group) in Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam. The role focuses on identifying and expanding project sales opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring seamless execution of site orders. The position offers an in-hand salary of up to 10 LPA and excellent career growth opportunities.
Identify, analyze, and validate market potential for project sites at the segment level (Geography and Key Accounts).
Conduct site inspections, propose solutions, and convert leads through effective sampling and negotiation.
Finalize and execute site orders while ensuring essential services and warranty provisions.
Focus on specific key accounts, segments, and products to drive market share growth.
Encourage applicators' participation in loyalty programs to enhance retention and upgrade their engagement.
Conduct product awareness training for applicators and track lead conversion ratios.
Prepare and circulate reports like index sheets within defined timelines.
Maintain process compliance and proper documentation for site transactions.
Ensure smooth settlement of dealer accounts, including outstanding dues.
Collaborate with Retail, Services, Commercial, and Marketing teams for lead sharing and site-specific support.
Achieve overall value and volume targets, product/segment-level targets, and enhance payment collection efficiency.
Education: Minimum Graduate, Post Graduate preferred.
Experience: 2-8 years in Project Sales, preferably in Paints, FMCG/CD, Building Materials, or Telecom.
Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and market analysis skills.
Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office & MS Excel is mandatory.
Mobility: The role requires extensive travel to project sites and is transferable across India.
