We are seeking a confident and results-driven International Caller to connect with global clients interested in real estate investments. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling with an aim to convert potential leads into business opportunities.
Make outbound calls to international prospects interested in real estate projects.
Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about properties (e.g., row houses, flats, bungalows, rentals).
Qualify leads and set up appointments for the on-ground sales team.
Maintain daily call logs, CRM entries, and follow-up records.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure future sales opportunities.
Handle objections, provide solutions, and maintain a professional tone during all communications.
Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Proven experience in telecalling / international calling (real estate experience preferred).
Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
Comfortable with various time zones (especially US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
Willingness to work in flexible shifts as per target market.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Previous experience in real estate or property sales is a plus.
Knowledge of real estate regulations and market trends (especially for international investors).
