We are looking for a results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join AlgoGenix Pvt Ltd in Noida, Sector 62. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13,500 – ₹40,000/month along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels like LinkedIn, email outreach, freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer), and cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell IT services (web & mobile app development, custom software solutions, etc.) to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends in software and app development.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Prepare engaging presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to highlight product/service benefits.
Maintain a record of sales activities in CRM tools and ensure timely follow-ups.
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, IT, or Marketing) and 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development. Strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms like HubSpot/Zoho), basic IT/software knowledge, and written English is an added advantage.
