Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Tele calling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to Orlank Technology’s products and services.

• Engage with leads generated through various marketing and sales channels to convert them into customers.

• Maintain a professional and persuasive approach while communicating with clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs, address their queries, and provide tailored solutions.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.

3. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

• Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.

• Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Identify and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates.

4. Product Knowledge & Pitching

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.

• Effectively communicate product benefits and features to customers.

• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales.

5. Database & CRM Management

• Accurately record customer information, call details, and sales updates in the CRM system.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on customer interactions.

6. Team Collaboration & Feedback

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.

• Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve sales processes and service offerings.

Qualifications & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).

Experience

• Minimum 6 month of experience in tele calling, sales, or a related field (preferred).

• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Strong persuasive speaking and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to build positive customer relationships and handle objections professionally.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and tele calling software (preferred but not mandatory).
