Sales Executive - IT Sales (2-3 Years of Experience)

Experience: 0-1 Years in Sales ( Prior IT Sales experience required, but it's a bonus)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. No prior experience in IT Sales is required, but having it would be an advantage. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of general sales experience and a strong desire to grow in the IT industry.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in starting their career in IT Sales, focusing on client engagement, presentations, negotiation, leads closure and promoting IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
✅ Conduct presentations and demos to showcase IT solutions to clients.
✅ Understand client requirements and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
✅ Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.
✅ Ensure client satisfaction by collaborating with the Technical Team.
✅ Stay up to date with IT industry trends.

Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience in any domain (IT Sales experience is a bonus but not mandatory).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and drive sales conversations effectively.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting (preferred).
