Web Cloud Technology is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients interested in our digital marketing services by making calls using corporate data. Key Responsibilities:
Utilize corporate data to identify and contact potential leads interested in digital marketing services.
Make calls to engage with leads, gauge their interest, and gather relevant information.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead status in the company database.
Collaborate with senior team members to strategize on converting leads into clients.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and understanding of digital marketing.
Training Period:
The first three months will serve as a training period during which you will learn about lead generation strategies, digital marketing concepts, and effective communication techniques.
During this period, you will earn ₹5 to ₹15 per interested lead generated.
Once you successfully identify 500 interested leads, you will receive an additional ₹5,000 bonus.
Monthly earnings can reach approximately ₹15,000 if you generate around 600 interested leads.
Payout Structure:
First Month: During the initial training period, you will earn ₹5 to ₹15 per interested lead generated on a daily basis. This allows you to receive your earnings promptly as you work towards identifying potential clients.
After the First Month: Once you complete the first month of training, the payout structure will shift to a weekly basis. You will continue to earn based on the leads you generate, with payments processed every week.
Employment Opportunity:
Upon completion of the training period and achieving the target of 500 interested leads, you will be considered for a full-time position with a starting salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹40,000, depending on your performance and experience.
Additional benefits include a 10% commission on sales and a quarterly bonus based on performance.

Own Laptop: A personal laptop is necessary to perform tasks efficiently and access company resources.
Mobile Phone: A mobile phone is essential for communicating with leads and team members.
Quiet Working Space: Candidates must have a quiet and dedicated workspace to ensure focus and productivity during work hours.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts is a plus but not required.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
