Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
