Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, friendly, and energetic individual to join our team as an In-store Promoter. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting products and engaging with customers in a retail environment to boost sales, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
•Key Responsibilities:
•• Product Promotion: Actively engage with customers to promote, explain, and demonstrate products or services in-store.
• Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, answer queries, and help increase sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions to effectively communicate and highlight them to customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure products are properly displayed in line with brand guidelines and assist in store setup or re-stocking when necessary.
• Event Coordination: Participate in promotional events, giveaways, or in-store activities aimed at increasing foot traffic and sales.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report insights to the marketing and sales teams for potential improvements.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report daily, weekly, or monthly performance metrics such as sales figures, foot traffic, and customer engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or product promotion is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Sales Orientation: Strong sales-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and goals.
• Presentation Skills: Ability to present products in an appealing and engaging manner.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with the physical aspects of product setup or re-stocking.
Education:
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• A degree or certification in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
Working Conditions:
• Full-time/Part-time availability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail environment.
• Occasional travel may be required for events or promotions.
