We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong closing skills, and the ability to manage high-value clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Generate quality leads through networking, digital outreach, channel partners, and property portals.
Conduct client meetings, understand their property requirements, and suggest suitable project options.
Plan and conduct site visits, virtual tours, and property presentations professionally.
Build and manage a personal client portfolio with consistent follow-ups and relationship management.
Close property deals independently, ensuring documentation accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Maintain and update records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM software.
Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to facilitate the entire sales process.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting directly to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.
3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience (residential, commercial, or plotted developments)
Strong understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Confidence in handling client objections and closing high-ticket deals
Expertise in lead handling, follow-up strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, NoBroker)
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire sales cycle
Professional appearance and conduct, with high integrity and accountability
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.)
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related fields preferred)
MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus
Fluency in English and regional languages
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
