Sales and Lead Generation:
Actively prospect new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Identify potential leads and provide relevant information about property options.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to increase trust and enhance sales opportunities.
Conduct property tours for clients, providing detailed information about properties, amenities, and pricing.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation:
Present sales presentations and property details to clients effectively.
Understand clients' needs and suggest suitable properties based on their preferences.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other contractual agreements with clients.
Market Knowledge and Reporting:
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including pricing, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to management.
Customer Service:
Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the transaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in real estate sales or field sales is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned region.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
This role involves working outside the office and traveling to various properties.
