Century Plyboards (India) Ltd., a leading manufacturer of plywood, laminate, and allied products, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in Tartala, Kolkata. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Understand customer needs and offer relevant products and services to meet those needs.
Sales & Business Development:
Actively pursue new sales opportunities and expand the client base in the designated region.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Educate customers on the company’s products, services, and promotions.
Product Knowledge & Promotion:
Stay up-to-date on Century Ply products, services, and industry trends.
Provide product demonstrations and support to clients.
Promote the company’s new launches and ensure effective product distribution.
Customer Service:
Address client feedback and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Monitor customer usage and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales, and activities.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights.
Market Intelligence:
Conduct market research to understand customer trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Recommend improvements in sales strategies based on market insights.
Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM (Preferred).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management (Experience in the building material industry is a plus).
