Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales: Actively promote and sell life insurance policies directly to customers.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Needs Assessment: Understand the insurance needs of potential clients and recommend suitable coverage options.
Lead Generation: Generate leads and reach out to potential clients.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of insurance offerings.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Onboarding and Servicing: Manage the sales and onboarding of customers, and ensure adherence to sales and activity management processes.
Persistency and Reinstatement: Focus on 13th and 25th-month persistency and reinstatement buckets.
Business Development: Identify business growth opportunities and develop strategies for client acquisition.
