We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Real Estate Consulting team The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, sales, and strategic collaboration with internal teams to maximize opportunities in the competitive residential property sales market
Proven experience in client relationship management, sales, or business development, preferably in the Real Estate industry, with a focus on residential property sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Flexibility to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
