Key Responsibilities
■ Develop a deep understanding of demat accounts, including features, benefits, and account opening procedures.
■ Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospects, highlighting the advantages of opening a demat account with our company.
■ Conduct telesales calls to engage with prospects and convert leads into demat account openings.
■ Address inquiries, overcome objections, and guide prospects through the account opening process to secure sales.
■ Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and personalized service.
■ Provide assistance and support to customers during the account opening process and address any post-sales inquiries or concerns.
■ Track and analyze telesales performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generated.

Qualifications and Skills:
● Bachelor's degree in any Stream.
● Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service, preferably in the financial services or share market industry.
● Strong understanding of demat accounts, share market operations, and investment products.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone.
● Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Proficiency in using telesales tools and CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
