As a Relationship Manager in the stock market/investment services, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering them personalized investment solutions, and maintaining long-term relationships. You will assist clients in making informed investment decisions, provide market updates, and ensure they receive exceptional service tailored to their investment goals.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual investors, traders, and institutional clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns regarding their investments.
Conduct regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and proactively resolve any issues or concerns.
Investment Advisory & Market Insights:
Provide personalized investment advice, including stock market, equity, mutual funds, and other investment products based on client needs and risk tolerance.
Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and stock market movements to guide clients effectively.
Assist clients in constructing and managing their investment portfolios, ensuring optimal returns while managing risk.
Sales & Business Development:
Promote and sell the firm’s investment products, including equity trading, stock broking services, and other market-related services.
Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to acquire new clients.
Cross-sell and upsell additional services and investment products based on client profiles.
Customer Retention and Portfolio Management:
Monitor client portfolios and provide regular performance updates, advising clients on portfolio adjustments as needed.
Implement strategies for client retention, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure clients are aware of the risks associated with stock market investments and educate them about market conditions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies related to investment advisory services and stock market trading.
Provide clients with clear and transparent information on potential risks associated with their investment choices.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, trades, portfolio performance, and other important information.
Prepare periodic reports for senior management, highlighting performance, sales metrics, and client activity.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields. Additional certifications in investment or stock market management (e.g., CFA, CFP, NISM) would be an advantage.
Experience:
3+ years of experience in financial services, stock market trading, or wealth management.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
Proven track record of sales and relationship management.
