Monitor and manage the supply of materials on-site, ensuring there is no wastage and that materials are used efficiently.
Prepare material take-offs and request materials from suppliers as needed.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare daily or weekly reports on site progress and communicate findings to project stakeholders.

Health and Safety:
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all workers are adhering to safety standards.

Identify hazards on-site and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents.
Environmental Compliance:
Ensure the project follows environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes to minimize environmental impact.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience (usually 2-5 years) in construction or engineering roles, with exposure to site management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
