We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, proficiency in Excel and Zoho, and experience in database management. This role involves coordinating sales activities, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Candidates with experience in the packaging industry are preferred, though individuals with relevant skills from other industries are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth sales processes.
● Database Management: Maintain and update the customer database in Zoho CRM and other internal systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
● Sales Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports using Excel to track performance, trends, and sales forecasts.
● Order Processing: Assist with order entry, processing, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
● Client Communication: Act as the point of contact between clients and the sales team, providing updates on orders, quotations, and product availability.
● Documentation & Compliance: Prepare sales documentation, including invoices, quotations, and contracts, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
● Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to monitor inventory levels and track product availability for clients.
● Sales Support: Provide administrative support for sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring that sales goals are met efficiently.
