Ø Responsibilities:
· Product Knowledge:
Possess a strong understanding of agricultural products and their benefits to effectively guide farmers in making informed decisions.
· Sales and Lead Generation:
Drive sales by understanding farmer needs, identifying potential solutions, and guiding them towards purchasing the right products.
· Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with farmers through effective communication and follow-up.
· Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, queries, and sales data.
· Target Achievement:
Contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with farmers in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
· Knowledge of Agriculture: Basic understanding of agricultural practices, crops, pests, and diseases.
· Product Knowledge: Familiarity with agricultural products, their features, and benefits.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and address farmer issues and provide effective solutions.
· Sales Skills: Ability to effectively pitch products and drive sales through phone calls.
· Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
· Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is a plus, as many farmers in the region may prefer to communicate in these languages.
· Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or diploma in agriculture or a related field is a plus.
