Job Duties – Sales Coordinator
• To Understand and Prepare Quotation and share to customer in discussion with Sales Person.
• Once Purchase order received, check material availability with stores and purchase team. Share update to Sales person and customer on delivery date.
• Upload Purchase order on CRM.
• Align Technician for installation, review the work once job completed share to customer.
• Share Invoice to customer for payment. • Providing data and guides to help the sales team
• Coordinate with other departments within the company to get all information about the Stocks.
• Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
Sales Coordinator Requirements:
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 2 or more years’ experience in sales.
• Experience as a sales coordinator.
• Good team development and leadership skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
