We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations across India. This role involves close collaboration with regional sales teams, managing sales documentation, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes and reporting across all zones.
Coordinate with regional sales teams across India to ensure seamless communication and uniformity in process.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Maintain and update sales records, CRM entries, and tracking systems.
Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports from different regions.
Monitor sales targets vs actuals and provide actionable insights to the sales leadership.
Support data analysis for sales performance, lead tracking, and forecasting.
Serve as the central point of contact between the regional sales teams and the head office.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams like logistics, finance, and marketing to support sales operations.
Respond to internal and external queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures across all sales activities.
Standardize sales documents and processes across regions.
Assist in onboarding new sales employees and provide training on internal tools and processes.
Schedule and organize sales meetings, calls, and reviews for regional teams.
Maintain a repository of client communications, agreements, and approvals.
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
3–5 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in a geographically diverse setup.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English and at least one regional language.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
