Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive, ideally with prior experience at IndiaMART, Social Media handle, Digital Marketing and a similar B2B marketplace. The ideal candidate brings strong lead generation, client handling, and communication skills, combined with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B Sales / Client Acquisition:
Use B2B sales experience to identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for recruitment and staffing services.
Leverage IndiaMART-style lead generation techniques to build a client base.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and convert warm leads into successful partnerships.
Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Previous experience at IndiaMART or similar B2B platform is a strong plus.
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales and/or recruitment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to meet targets under pressure.
Proficiency in using CRMs, job portals, and Excel.
