Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with property listings, documentation, and client communications.
- Client Coordination: Act as a point of contact for clients, schedule property viewings, and follow up on leads.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain the customer database, ensuring accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Documentation & Contracts: Prepare and organize sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Marketing Assistance: Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights for process improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
