Responsibilities
Set goals: Set sales goals for the team and ensure that they are met
Train new representatives: Train new sales representatives
Ensure timely delivery: Ensure that sales orders are delivered to customers on time
Evaluate performance: Evaluate the performance of the sales department
Address customer complaints: Address customer complaints and resolve discrepancies in sales reports
Prepare reports: Prepare sales and target reports
Prepare presentations: Prepare presentations for clients
Maintain tools: Maintain tools for presenting sales presentations like MIS Reports, Power BI dashboards etc.
Skills
Communication: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders
Problem solving: Have problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and resolve issues
CRM software: Be proficient with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, MS- Excel, Power BI, tableau etc.
Leadership: Have leadership and coaching skills to motivate sales representatives
Organizational: Have strong organizational skills to prioritize activities, follow up on leads, and manage schedules
Time management: Have effective time management skills to ensure efficiency and productivity
