Position Overview:

Next Footstep Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator/Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process, coordinating with clients, and driving property sales to meet company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in planning and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Handle inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about real estate projects.

• Schedule and coordinate property site visits for prospective buyers.

• Maintain an organized database of leads and track their status in the sales pipeline.

• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and meetings to drive conversions.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales efforts.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients when required.

• Assist in drafting and finalizing sales agreements and documentation.

• Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance and market trends.

• Address customer concerns and ensure a smooth post-sales experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or real estate (Real estate experience is a plus).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• A proactive and customer-focused approach to sales.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with the real estate market and trends is an advantage.
