Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves actively engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the best real estate solutions. You’ll be the face of our brand, building relationships and driving sales with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
(Applicable across roles based on function)
Drive business growth through lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals
Execute effective marketing and branding campaigns across digital and offline channels
Manage customer interactions via calls, messages, and in-person meetings with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and CRM updates
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities (HR)
Handle social media, content creation, and digital outreach to boost visibility and engagement
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements
