We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Cold Calling Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments for property visits. Your goal will be to create interest, build strong relationships, and assist in driving property sales.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls daily to prospective buyers from provided databases.
Present and promote property offerings clearly and effectively over the phone.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties based on their needs and budget.
Follow up with interested leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and client details in CRM tools.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with field sales teams.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Handle basic objections and provide proper information to prospects.
Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude at all times.
📋 Requirements:
0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred).
Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
Good organizational and follow-up skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM usage).
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
