Job Title: Sales Executive (International BPO)Location: VIKAS NAGAR SECTOR 7 MAX HEIGHTS Shift Timing: Night Shift (7 PM - 4 AM) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our international BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and other sales channels.Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential clients.Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.Maintain and update client records in CRM systems accurately.Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to align strategies.Handle client queries and provide exceptional customer service.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in a BPO environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM - 4 AM).Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.A proactive and goal-oriented approach to work.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience in international sales or handling global clients.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health insurance and other employee benefits.Opportunities for career growth and development.Friendly and supportive work environment.
