5. Meeting sales targets: This involves meeting orexceeding sales targets by selling

loan products and services to customers.

6. Providing customer service: This includes responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints,

and providing assistance with loan applications.

7. Collaborating with loan officers: This includes working closely with loan officers to ensure that

customers are being offered appropriate loan products and services
