Role Overview:
As a Customer Relationship Intern in the telecom industry, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty. You will work closely with our customer service, and NOC teams to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in managing customer queries, complaints, and service requests through chat
● Support in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
● Collaborate with the customer service team to identify and resolve issues that impact customer satisfaction.
● Help gather customer feedback and analyze data to identify trends and areas for service improvement.
● Work alongside the NOC team to assist in developing customer engagement strategies and campaigns.
● Assist in responding to customer inquiries chat, ensuring a positive customer experience Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers.
● Basic knowledge of the telecom industry is a plus.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
● Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
