Understand client requirements and suggest suitable domestic travel packages.
Convert leads into sales through proactive follow-ups and personalized service.
Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, partners, and customers.
Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Ensure timely bookings of hotels, transportation, and activities.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all bookings, customer interactions, and transactions.
Stay updated with domestic travel trends, new destinations, and competitive pricing.
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in travel sales or customer service (preferably in domestic tourism).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Indian tourist destinations and travel trends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Experience in B2C sales.
Fluency in multiple Indian languages.
