We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Chemical Sales and Support Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing technical support to clients, and driving customer satisfaction in the industrial and specialty chemicals sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle B2B sales of industrial and specialty chemicals (Personal Care, Home Care, Pharma, etc.)
Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support
Conduct regular follow-ups, price negotiations, and deal closures
Sometimes visit client sites to build relationships and close deals
Maintain and update client database and sales records
Assist in preparing quotations, product documentation, and technical data sheets
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities
Key Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of chemicals and their applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in B2B sales or customer support
Basic understanding of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
