Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Market Expansion:
o Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the existing customer base and expand into new markets.
o Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, markets, and client segments.
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management:
o Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top-performing sales talent.
o Daily monitoring and analysis of team performance.
o Provide regular coaching and support to help team members meet individual and team goals.
o Ensure team members have the resources and support necessary to achieve success.
3. Client Relationship & Business Development:
o Generate leads, establish meetings with potential clients, and build long-term relationships by understanding client needs.
o Develop strong connections with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
o Provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
o Prepare monthly and yearly forecast reports to track and measure sales performance.
o Track and interpret sales data, analyze trends, and generate actionable insights.
o Ensure accurate reporting of sales metrics and performance indicators.
5. Sales Support & Tools:
o Develop sales scripts and other materials to guide the team in generating sales leads and closing deals.
o Assist team members in refining sales techniques and strategies.
o Ensure the team is equipped with necessary sales tools and resources to succeed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background: Any Graduate
Experience: Fresher or Experience in Real Estate
