RJO Enterprise is a premium home interior company that specializes in manufacturing and selling customized, high-quality curtains. Our products are designed to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of modern home interiors.
We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Executive to manage customer communication, handle quotations, and coordinate with the field team. While the role is primarily office-based, 1–2 client visits per week may be required, and all site visit expenses will be covered by the company. Incentives will be offered based on performance and sales conversion.
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
Present curtain options, designs, and customization features.
Prepare and send quotations based on client requirements.
Coordinate with the field sales and measurement teams.
Occasionally visit clients (1–2 times a week) for meetings or follow-ups.
Maintain customer records, follow-up schedules, and sales logs.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
2–3 years of experience in sales,
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Organized, responsible, and customer-focused.
Willingness to make occasional client visits when required.
Fixed Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000/month (based on experience)
