We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the Manufacturing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with clients, with an emphasis on high-volume outreach. The Sales Executive will make 80-100 calls per day, identify sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets to drive company growth.
Sales Outreach: Conduct 80-100 calls per day to potential clients, including manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers, to introduce company products, services, and solutions.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify new leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking. Qualify leads to ensure a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Present product offerings and company solutions to clients over calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Negotiation & Closing: Actively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, and close sales to meet or exceed individual and team targets.
Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for the company.
CRM Management: Record daily activities, sales conversations, and client interactions in the CRM system. Track progress and follow up on sales leads.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (marketing, production, logistics) to ensure customer requirements are met and orders are processed smoothly.
Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager, detailing call volumes, sales performance, and opportunities.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Call Volume: Proven ability to meet daily high call volumes (80-100 calls) and achieve sales goals.
Sales Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a customer-first attitude.
Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and products or the willingness to learn quickly.
CRM Tools: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is preferred.
Goal-Oriented: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and handle a high-volume workload while maintaining high energy and motivation.
Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle daily calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the manufacturing industry, including production processes, machinery, and equipment.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office Suite and basic sales tools for reporting and analysis.
B2B Sales Experience: Experience in selling to businesses (B2B) and working with decision-makers within organizations.
