Conduct outbound calls, emails, and online chats to potential customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
Maintain an up-to-date CRM with accurate information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

Provide post-sales support and account management when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role (1-3 years).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
