We’re looking for a driven and experienced Unit Sales Executive to lead and manage a team of sales professionals within the BFSI sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop sales strategies and monitor performance regularly.
Ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
Provide coaching, feedback, and motivation to team members.
Identify new opportunities to grow the business within assigned territory.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is must
1–5 years of experience in BFSI sales
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication, negotiation
Prefer local candidate
