We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to support the sales team in meeting customer
acquisition and revenue targets. The Sales Manager will focus on leading sales
representatives, managing client relationships, and driving the overall sales process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Assist in the design and execution of sales strategies.
3. Provide support in recruiting, coaching, and guiding sales representatives.
4. Maintain customer satisfaction by managing relationships and resolving client issues.
5. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
6. Collaborate with the Cluster Manager to ensure smooth operations and execution of sales
plans.
7. Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
- Proficiency in Marathi and English (required).
Experience:
- Min 8 yrs of industry experience in conducting market research. 5 years in real estate.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage client relationships.
