About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our real estate team, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and mentoring the team to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospective clients and understand their requirements in detail.
Pitch suitable property options based on client needs and preferences.
Plan and ensure a strong line-up of site visits, especially on weekends.
Conduct property tours and address client queries and concerns on-site.
Stay updated with real estate market trends, new project launches, and pricing strategies.
Share market insights and product updates with the sales team regularly.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and partner gatherings to build strong relationships.
Represent the company professionally and expand the network of potential collaborators.
Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.
Drive negotiations and ensure successful and timely closure of deals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of real estate practices, market dynamics, and project management.
Confident and assertive personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
