Position Title: Business Development Executive or Senior Business Development Executive/ Assistant Manager or Manager
Reports to: Business Development Manager / Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Real Estate team. This position will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong network of contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Market Research:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
o Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
o Develop a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, industry events, and cold calling.
· Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
o Understand client needs and offer tailored real estate solutions.
o Regularly follow up with clients and provide excellent customer service.
· Sales & Negotiation:
o Develop and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
o Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
o Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Brand Promotion & Networking:
o Promote the company's real estate offerings and services at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
o Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
o Represent the company in negotiations and discussions with key industry stakeholders.
· Reporting & Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client communications, and market data.
o Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress toward business development goals.
Requirements:
· Proven experience (typically 1years) in business development or sales, ideally in real estate or any Insurance/Finance related industry.
· Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and regulations.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
